An API-User is used when setting up resources via external programs or services such as terraform.
To create a user, you need to log in to the cloud portal, you do this via your customer portal at https://portal.binero.com by pressing the green button on the start page where it says “Login to your virtual datacenter”.
Then go to Cloud -> API users and click on the + button at the bottom right and fill in the information in the box that opens.
Once the user is created, we can use it to log in to binero cloud with the Openstack CLI or to horizon (https://control.binero.cloud)
